Rotel Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can Ro-Tel sauce or 1 can hot jalapeno relish
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Melt Velveeta cheese (best done in a crock-pot).
    Mix beef, cheese and Ro-Tel sauce or jalapeno relish.
    Serve warm with nachos or corn chips
