Rotel Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef (ground round)
1 lb. Neese's hot sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
2 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Brown ground round, sausage and onion; drain well.
Combine in crock-pot with soup, tomatoes and cubed Velveeta.
