Rotel Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
1 lb. ground beef
1 (2 lb.) block Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Microwave cheese until melted, stirring frequently. Brown ground beef; drain. Pour melted cheese, ground beef and Ro-Tel tomatoes into crock-pot. Keep crock-pot on medium to high heat. Serve dip over nacho chips.
