Stir tuna, egg, celery, mayonnaise, walnuts, parsley, and dill together in a bowl until evenly combined. Form mixture into two patties.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties in hot butter until firm and golden, 2 to 3 minutes; flip and top each patty with Cheddar cheese. Continue cooking until second side is golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes more.
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, eggs, carrot, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley and cayenne; shape mixture into four patties.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Saute tuna patties for four to five minutes on each side; turn carefully as they easily fall apart.
Serve on hamburger buns (really nice if toasted) with your choice of condiments; I recommend lettuce leaves and mayonnaise.

Add tuna, mushrooms and peas and serve over patty shells. Garnish top with parsley.

Roll patty shells into 6 x 8-inch rectangles; cut each rectangle into eighths.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Place 1/2 teaspoon of tuna mixture on each piece of dough.
Roll up.

Place, seam side down, on foil pan made from aluminum foil.
With grill hood closed, cook over hot coals, 20 to 30 minutes, turning to brown on all sides.
Can cook in oven at 350\u00b0 until brown.

In a large bowl, mix tuna, egg, bread crumbs, green onions, and garlic. Blend soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, ketchup, sesame oil, and pepper into the mixture. Form the mixture into about 6 patties approximately 1 inch thick. Lightly sprinkle each patty on all sides with cornmeal.
Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Fry each patty about 5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
