Creamed Tuna On Patty Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. cream
    1 beaten egg yolk
    1 small can mushrooms, drained or fresh ones
    1 can tuna fish
    1 small can peas, drained
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add flour and pour in milk slowly until thickened.
    Season with salt and pepper and whisk in cream and egg yolk.
    Add tuna, mushrooms and peas and serve over patty shells. Garnish top with parsley.
