Holiday Tuna Tree Recipe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can and 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can solid white tuna, drained and flaked
    2 pkg. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. finely chopped ripe olives
    1/2 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Makes 4 cups.
    In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and tuna. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Place in Christmas tree mold and refrigerate.
    You may serve in the mold or transfer to a serving plate.
    Decorate with garlands of small parsley leaves, red and green peppers cut into stars and a lemon wedge.
