Tuna Burgers:

Divide the tuna mixture among the buns. Wrap each filled bun individually in waxed paper.
Place wrapped tuna burgers on a baking sheet and heat at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Note: You may want to put the tuna in a sieve with something heavy on top for a couple of hours to get it to drain, otherwise it's harder to get these burgers to stick together.

In a medium sized bowl combine all the above ingredients(except for the buns and dressing and the foil LOL!) to make your tuna salad.
Split up the buns and spread on the thousand Island dressing on both sides. then place the tuna salad on each bun and then wrap the sandwiches in foil.
Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet cook in oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes. The buns should be slightly toasty.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Saute onion, garlic and chili flakes for 2-3 mins, until tender. Let cool then combine with tuna, breadcrumbs, cilantro and egg. Season then shape into 4 patties.
To make the avocado and corn salsa, combine all ingredients. Season to taste.
Heat remaining oil over medium heat. Cook patties for 4-5 mins per side, until browned and cooked through. Place arugula on bottom buns. Top with a tuna patties, salsa and top buns. Serve.
For the burger mixture, place tuna in a food processor and pulse until just chopped. Transfer to a bowl. Mix in mustard, ginger and lemon zest. Season. Shape into 4 patties. Cover and chill 10 mins, until firm.
Meanwhile, for the coleslaw, whisk together mayonnaise and vinegar. Add carrot, cabbage and onion. Season and toss to combine.
Heat oil in a pan on medium. Sear patties 2-3 mins each side, until just cooked through. Layer coleslaw, tuna patties and extra mayonnaise in rolls and serve.
In a bowl, combine the tuna, panko, egg, mustard, garlic, honey
Strain tuna, then add the egg, bread crumbs and seasonings. Mix all ingredients.
Shape into burgers.
Cook on a nonstick pan 3 minutes on each side and then top with cheese! Ready to eat!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Mix tuna, egg, bread crumbs, garlic salt, and black pepper and fold in diced tomatoes and onion. Form the mixture into 4 patties and place onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until burgers are golden brown and crisp, about 10 minutes per side.
Mix all ingredients in medium bowl by hand. Take a small handful and form into patty.
Fry on medium-high with oil just covering bottom of pan. Fry until lightly brown.
Makes 6 burgers.
Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in heavy medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add tuna to skillet and cook until brown outside and just opaque in center, about 3 minutes per side. Transfer tuna to plate.
Add ginger and garlic to same skillet; stir 30 seconds. Scrape into small bowl. Mix in mayonnaise and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread bottoms of rolls with mayonnaise mixture. Top with tuna, arugula and tops of rolls.
