Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the center. Prepare your meat loaf recipe as usual.

pour remaining soup mixture over enchiladas.
spread shredded cheese over all.
bake 20 minute to warm enchiladas thru & to melt cheese.
Brown meat. Add beans, water, tomato sauce, and taco seasoning. Layer taco shells and meat mixture in a casserole dish. Top with cheese. Microwave for ten minutes or until warm. Or heat in oven at 250-300 degrees until warm.

In a large nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in burrito seasoning and water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 3-5 minutes or until thickened. Stir in olives.

Brown ground chuck and onions in skillet on medium high till meat is no longer pink.
Add taco seasoning (do not add water to mix) and toss with the meat to coat, cooking for about 5 more minutes.
Lightly butter the inside of the buns and toast in skillet or under broiler till nice and brown.
Spread the taco sauce on the inside of each bun, add taco meat, shredded lettuce, cheese and tomato.

Cook beef, onion and garlic until done.
Drain off fat.
Stir in taco seasoning mix and water.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, arrange taco shells on a baking sheet lined with paper towels.
Warm in a 350\u00b0 oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
Stuff each taco shell with meat, tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and top with taco sauce.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion, one-half at a time, till meat is browned and onion is tender.
Drain off fat.
Transfer to a 3 1/2-quart to 5-quart crockery cooker.
Stir in dry taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, diced tomatoes with green chilies, pinto beans, chili beans in chili sauce, and corn.
Cover.
Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours or on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Sprinkle each serving with some cheese and chips.
In skillet, brown meat and onions, drain.
Add taco seasoning. Set aside.
In bowl, mix refried beans with 4 ounces taco sauce. Put meat mixture in pie crust.
Top with refried bean mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot.
Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
Use additional taco sauce, if desired.
