Southwest Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie crust, pre-baked 10 minutes
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 bottle taco sauce (8 oz.)
1 can refried beans (16 oz.)
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 head lettuce, shredded
2 tomatoes, diced
Preparation

In skillet, brown meat and onions, drain.
Add taco seasoning. Set aside.
In bowl, mix refried beans with 4 ounces taco sauce. Put meat mixture in pie crust.
Top with refried bean mixture. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve hot.
Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
Use additional taco sauce, if desired.
