Turkey And Stuffing Bake

You may use your own stuffing recipe or use Stove Top Stuffing.
I usually add 6 or 8 slices of bread to 1 box of Stove Top.
Mix in a separate bowl; set aside.

Turkey Casserole

Cook a young turkey breast 6 hours in a crock-pot; separate in pieces.
Add stuffing to broth.
Mix in turkey.
Top with turkey gravy mix.
Cook 1/2 to 1 hour in the crock-pot.

Brown sausage with onion and celery until tender, then mix with stuffing according to directions on package.
Put half into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Then add a layer of baked sliced turkey.

Turkey Breast With Barley-Cranberry Stuffing

Combine broth, barley, onion, cranberries, almonds, sage, and garlic pepper in slow cooker.
Brown the half turkey breast and add to cooker.
Cook on low 3-4 hours or until temperature reaches 170\u00b0F.
Place turkey breast on a cutting board, cover with foil, and let stand 10-15 minutes before carving.
Stir parsley into the stuffing and serve with turkey.

Garlic Turkey Breast (Crock Pot)

Remove extra parts and gravy packet from turkey breast.
Remove skin from turkey.
Make 1/2 inch deep cuts in turkey and insert garlic slices into the cuts.
Mix lemon peel, parsley and lemon pepper and rub onto turkey.
Use 1 tsp oil in a skillet and brown turkey in skillet on all sides.
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and place turkey inside with any drippings.
Cook on Low for 8-9 hours.

Grilled Marinated Turkey Steaks

Purchase bone-in turkey breast. Have it cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half crosswise into 1-inch thick \"steaks\" resembling large pork chops. Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients; pour over turkey. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours. Remove turkey from marinade. Grill turkey, covered with lid, over medium hot coals (358\u00b0 to 400\u00b0) for 8 to 10 minutes on each side. Yields 12 servings.
