Kukune Lubia Sabz(String Bean Casserole)

Cook string beans.
Saute the onions and the meat in butter for 20 minutes.
Add the string beans to the meat mixture.
Cook slightly.
Add half the spices and sugar to the meat mixture. Beat the eggs slightly and add the rest of the spices and the sugar to the eggs.
Mix well.
Pour the beaten eggs over the meat and string bean mixture.
Add the lemon juice and mix well. Grease the bottom of a 10-inch pie pan.
Pour the mixture in the pan and cook in a 325\u00b0 preheated oven for 45 minutes.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.

String Bean Casserole

Mix a little of the string bean juice with the soup to make it a little more juicy.
Mix with string beans and pour into buttered casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for half an hour.
Spread French fried onion rings over top and broil just until they begin to sizzle. Watch closely so they don't burn.

Boil string beans and put in casserole dish.
Mix can of soup with 1/2 cup of milk.
Mix soup and milk well and mix with string beans.
Mix 1/2 can of onion rings with casserole.

Put remaining 1/2 can of onion rings on top of casserole; brown for 15 minutes.

Mix Jiffy corn bread mix as directed on box.
