String Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag frozen string beans
    1/2 green pepper
    1 medium onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    salt and pepper to taste
    sharp cheese
    saltines
    butter
Preparation
    Cook, season and drain string beans.
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter.
    Mix string beans, sauteed pepper and onion, tomatoes, cornstarch and sugar.
    Pour in buttered casserole.
    Top with crushed 8 to 10 saltines.
    Top with dots of butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
