In 2-quart casserole, add mushroom and celery soups and mix. Place rinsed chicken in soup mixture.

After cooking, remove steak and keep warm.
Remove juices to sauce pan, add hot Water and Corn Starch.
Cook on medium-high, stirring constantly with a whisk until gravy thickens and starts to bubble.

In shallow baking pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients except potatoes.
(It is possible to do these with less oil and margarine than the recipe calls for.
I use only enough to coat the bottom of the pan I'm using.)
Add potatoes and turn to coat.

Mix mushroom soup and milk in a bowl and spread evenly over top. Start crock-pot on high for about an hour, then turn to low for 7 to 8 hours.
Serve with mashed potatoes and a salad. This is delicious.\t(If you have a smaller crock-pot, just cut recipe in half.)

Cut off fat from round steak and cut into 3 x 3 inch pieces.
Whisk water and mushroom soup together in a bowl, then pour just enough to thinly coat the bottom of a 13 x 9 pan.
