Ingredients
    3/4 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. dry Lipton onion-mushroom soup mix
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3 to 4 c. cornflakes, crushed
    salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine mayonnaise and dry soup mix; let stand for 5 to 10 minutes so onion flakes will soften.
