Cut steak in serving size pieces.
In skillet, brown steak in shortening.
Pour off excess fat.
Remove steak from pan.
In same pan add margarine and soup.
Stir until blended.
Return steak to pan with sauce and cover.
Cook on low heat until steak is tender, (to your taste), about 30 minutes.

Spread mushroom soup on top of all; cover tightly with cover or foil.
Let bake for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
This makes its own gravy.

Combine ketchup, worcestershire, redhot sauce and garlic. Serve with cooked steak.

Make a paste of garlic, oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; spread mixture over steak on all sides.
Press crumbs firmly on both sides of steak.
Place steak in a brown bag and close with a skewer.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes for rare (approximately 15 minutes per pound).

Combine wine, soy sauce, garlic, broth, ketchup or tomato
Saute garlic in olive oil in a large frying pan until golden. Add crushed tomatoes, parsley, oregano, basil and salt.

Put steak in sauce. Cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
Add 1 cup of water and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
Boil water for pasta in a 3-quart pot according to package directions.

Add vegetables.
Make sure the vegetables are cooked and nice and soft.
Add cans of Alfredo and Spaghetti Sauce.
Add salt and Pepper if needed.
Cook Noodles
Pour Alfredo sauce for noodles.
