Steak In A Brown Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb.) sirloin steak, cut 2 inches thick
    1 c. coarse bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Make a paste of garlic, oil, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; spread mixture over steak on all sides.
    Press crumbs firmly on both sides of steak.
    Place steak in a brown bag and close with a skewer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes for rare (approximately 15 minutes per pound).
