Steak Pizziola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chuck steak
    1 can crushed tomato
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 cloves garlic
    1/2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1 lb. ziti
Preparation
    Saute garlic in olive oil in a large frying pan until golden. Add crushed tomatoes, parsley, oregano, basil and salt.
    Trim excess fat from steak; wash and pat dry.
    Put steak in sauce. Cover and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Add 1 cup of water and continue to simmer for another 15 minutes.
    Boil water for pasta in a 3-quart pot according to package directions.
    Take steak out of sauce and cut into serving pieces.
    Add sauce to pasta and serve with grated cheese.
