Cook spinach according to directions on package, then drain well.

Drain spinach very well.
Mix spinach, Mozzarella, pepperoni, oil, garlic powder and Parmesan.
In another bowl mix flour, milk and eggs with electric mixer.
Add to spinach mixture and blend well.

Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder; mix.
Add cheese, spinach (drain excess water) and onion.
Pour into pan over melted butter.
Sprinkle with seasoned salt.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Cool 45 minutes.
Cut into small squares.
Reheat for about 12 to 15 minutes at 350\u00b0 if necessary.
Squares can be frozen after baking.

Remove from oven.
Combine remaining ingredients with spinach and mix well.
Turn into pan with melted butter, stirring in butter and spreading evenly.

Remove and let cool 45 minutes, then cut into bite size squares (3/4 to 1-inch each).
