Spinach Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 heaping tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
white pepper to taste
1 small onion, grated
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, beat eggs.
Add flour, baking powder, milk, salt and pepper; mix well.
Add cheese, onion and spinach; mix well.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
Serve immediately or freeze.
Cut into squares.
If frozen, heat on baking sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Makes 24 squares.
