Spinach Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    4 c. fresh spinach, uncooked (or 2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed)
Preparation
    Melt the butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chop the spinach and set aside.
    Beat eggs in a large bowl; beat in flour, milk, salt and baking powder.
    Stir in cheese and spinach.
    Pour into pan over butter.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
    Makes 3 dozen squares.
