Spinach Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter
3 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated coarsely
2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
Preparation

Spread butter on a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix together eggs, flour, milk, salt, baking powder, cheese and spinach.
Put into pan.
Cook for 35 minutes.
Cool thoroughly and cut into little squares.
Reheat at 325\u00b0 for 6 to 8 minutes if squares are at room temperature or 12 to 15 minutes if squares are frozen.
