Clean tripe of fat.
Boil in 2 quarts of water for 30 minutes. Add Menudo spice and boil for 30 minutes.
Drain hominy and add to mixture.
Simmer about 20 minutes.
To serve, put onions in a separate bowl, put lemons in a separate bowl.
Sprinkle onion on top of Menudo.
Squeeze lemon in Menudo.
Eat with tortilla. Traditional for Saturday and Sunday morning (hangovers).
Cook on HIGH for 7 to 8 hours until the beef tripe and pig's foot is cooked very tender.
Add more Menudo Mix and salt if desired to your taste.
Garnish individual bowls of menudo with lime juice, chopped onions and chopped cilantro leaves.

Bring chicken broth and garlic to a boil. Add tripe and pig feet. Simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours.
Remove pig feet and discard. Add Menudo seasoning, chili powder, and salt. Combine well. Add water. Return to a low boil. Drain and add hominy. Simmer another half hour.
Serve with corn tortillas and limes if desired.
Mix Karo and sugar, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute. Add peanut butter and Special K cereal. Drop by teaspoonful onto waxed paper.
The recipe doesn't say how many cookies it makes. I'm guessing a couple of dozen.

Combine corn syrup, sugar and peanut butter in a large pot until mixture is a liquid. Add Special K to the pot. Coat Special K in the pot until everything looks evenly coated. Remove from heat and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Level bars. In a microwavable bowl add chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Microwave for a minute and a half. Take out and stir. Keep microwaving until chocolate is smooth. Pour over bars and spread chocolate to desired thickness. Refrigerate until chocolate is hard or set out overnight.
In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients.

Cook approximately 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0, stirring once. Important: No stock from chicken or turkey.
No poultry fat! Oysters (1 pint) may be substituted for giblets.

In a medium bowl, blend vegetable recipe soup mix, sour cream, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir in spinach and water chestnuts; chill.
Makes about 3 cups dip.
Mix Special K and coconut.
Mix Karo syrup and sugar and bring to a boil.
Add peanut butter. Pour this over Special K.
Spread on cookie sheet. Do not grease pan. Melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips. Spread over top.
They freeze nicely.

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Divide turkey mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 3/4-inch-thick patty. Place patties on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 minutes on each side or until done.

Blend butter, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add egg and beat well.
Stir in sifted dry ingredients, together with 1 cup Special K. Roll teaspoonfuls of dough in remaining Special K. Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake in moderate oven at 375\u00b0 about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

Stir in peanut butter.
Blend well.
Add Special K. Press mixture down firmly into a cake pan.
Melt both kinds of chips and milk.
Blend and pour over Special K mix.

In a medium bowl beat together butter,sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and beat well.
Stir in dry ingredients together with 1 cup Special K.
Roll tsps of dough into remaining Special K.
Place on ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees F.
Put sugar, syrup and peanut butter in heavy pan.
Bring to the boiling point.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla and the Special K cereal. Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
Cut when cool.
Bring to boil the white sugar and white syrup; add peanut butter and Special K cereal.
Spread on buttered 11 x 16-inch cookie sheet.
Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips. Spread on top of mixture on sheet.
Combine sugar and Karo syrup in pot and bring to boil.
Be very careful not to burn, helps to keep stirring.
Take off stove; stir in peanut butter, then add Special K. Mix well and spread evenly in greased pan or dish (14 x 9-inch works real good).
Sprinkle both types of chips on top and top broil in oven just to slightly melt chips.
Remove and let cool.
Cut and serve.
