Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the center. Prepare your meat loaf recipe as usual.
Mound the meat loaf in the zucchini halves.
Bake according to meat loaf recipe.

There's no clean-up because you can eat the \"pan.\"
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Cut off the top of the Sourdough round.
Hollow out the bread to form a bowl shape (Save the left over bread).
Combine onions, Cream Cheese, Sour Cream, Ham and Cheese.

Cover the bowl
For the cream cheese spread, stir together the cream cheese, lemon juice, mustard, and garlic pepper. This spread may be made up to 24 hours ahead.
Split sourdough loaf horizontally and spread cut sides with the cream cheese spread.
On bottom half of the loaf, layer turkey, Provolone or Swiss cheese, sweet peppers, and spinach. Cover with top of loaf. Slice crosswise into 4 pieces.
Wrap sandwiches in plastic wrap or waxed paper and chill until serving time, up to 6 hours.

Carefully slice top off bread loaf. Using a sharp knife, slice around rim leaving 1/2 inch sides. Pull out bread and cut into 1 inch cubes.

Drizzle 2 tablespoons vinaigrette evenly in bottom bread shell; layer with half of turkey, peppers, and cheese. Repeat layers, and top with bacon. Drizzle evenly with remaining 2 tablespoons vinaigrette, and cover with reserved bread top; press down firmly.

Add all the ingredients to your bread machine pan as per your manufacturer's recommendations. Set the machine to Basic White cycle or its equivalent. Or, if you wish, combine the ingredients in the order listed, starting with the water.
Remember to replenish your Sourdough Starter with 3/4 cup flour and 3/4 cup water. If you make the dough by hand and bake it in your oven, shape as a sourdough loaf and bake it at 400 degree Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes.
When done, remove and cool.
Combine Sourdough Starter, sugar, salt, oil and warm water in large mixing bowl.
Using heavy-duty mixer and dough hooks, gradually mix in all the bread flour.
Place dough in large oiled bowl, brushing oil over top to keep from drying out.

SUBSTITUTE: You can substitute
Cut 1 small sourdough loaf into thin wedges. Arrange wedges on a baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Mix together.
Put into hollowed out sourdough loaf.
Wrap in foil and bake in a 250F oven for 20-30 minutes.
