---------TO MAKE THE BEER----------.
Put 1 litre of
salt, pepper, garlic salt chops, then dredge in flour.
Place in frying pan with oil, make sure the oil is already hot.
Brown on both sides, add onions, cook for about 2 minutes.
Add beef broth and beer, cover and let simmer about 45 minutes until chops are very tender.

Herbed Sour Cream.
Combine
Mix all ingredients except Sweet and Sour Sauce and parsley; shape into 20 meatballs and place in baking pan.
Bake meatballs in preheated 350 degree oven until browned and no longer pink in center, about 20 minutes.
Arrange meatballs in serving dish; pour hot Sweet and Sour Sauce over meatballs and sprinkle with parsley.
Serve over noodles or rice.
Place wok over high heat.
When wok is hot, add 2 tablespoons oil.
When oil is hot, add chicken and garlic.
Stir-fry until chicken is opaque (4 minutes).
Remove from wok.
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to wok.
When hot, add onion and green pepper.
Stir-fry for 1 minute.
Return chicken to wok.
Add Sweet and Sour Sauce and pineapple chunks.
Stir until liquid boils and thickens (about 1 minute).
Serve over bed of rice.

Pour Sweet and Sour Sauce over the chicken.

Cut potato in the middle, in 1/4 inch slices, saving the 4 biggest slices, soak in cold water.
Add fish, onions, lemon juice, egg, Old Bay, salt, and pepper, to a mixing bowl; stir well.

Combine patty with a slice of potato.
Carefully dredge in flour and then in beer batter.
With a slotted metal spoon, slowly put in deep fryer of 2 cups vegetable oil.

In a bowl, beat the flour, egg, beer and a pinch of salt until smooth. Allow to rest for 15 mins.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a medium frying pan. Pour in one-quarter of the batter and cook until browned on both sides. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining oil and batter.
Spread half of each galettes with sour cream and the other half with the pear conserve. Top the sour cream with the lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and parsley. Fold the galettes over, then fold again into a triangle. Garnish with parsley.
