Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine biscuit crumbs and soft corn bread in a large bowl, then add chopped onion, diced celery, salt and pepper; mix all dry ingredients together.
Next, add 1/4 cup of water.
Stir all ingredients together; put in sugar and eggs. Mix until soft blended.

Melt butter or margarine in saucepan and stir in onions, celery and carrot and cook and stir until vegetables are softened and tender.

Cook the onion and celery until tender.
