Ever Moist Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
3 eggs
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 (20 oz.) can applesauce
2 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Mix well and form into loaf.
Top with your favorite topping. I use either homemade or canned spaghetti sauce, such as Ragu. Makes a soft, moist meat loaf.
