Moist Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. celery, diced
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    16 c. lightly packed soft bread crumbs
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In large pot or skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
    Add celery and onion; cook until tender (about 10 minutes). Stir in bread crumbs, seasonings and eggs.
    This will stuff a 10 to 12-pound turkey or can be baked in a casserole dish along with turkey at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
