Moist Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. diced celery
    1 1/2 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped parsley
    2 1/4 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    16 c. day old bread cubes
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In large kettle, in hot margarine, saute celery and onions until soft but not brown.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Mix well. Stuffs 14 to 16 pound turkey.
