Soften the brie. I microwaved it for a few seconds until it just started to melt out because I like it a little warm. Don't let it go too long or it will just be goo.

Remove stems from cherry tomatoes.
Slit the center of each tomato.
Insert one smoked oyster into each tomato.
Drain oysters.
Pat with paper towels to remove as much oil as possible.
Coarsely chop oysters.
Halve hard cooked eggs lenghtwise.
Remove yolks and set whites aside.
