Slice the kielbasa on the bias into pieces

Add soup and kielbasa. If necessary, thin soup with
large skillet brown the kielbasa over moderate heat and transfer
he baking sheet.
Toss kielbasa sausage with remaining 1 teaspoon
Boil the kielbasa for 45-60 minutes with one can of chicken broth, one can beef broth, and just enough water to cover. Pierce with a fork during cooking to let some of the fat out. Be careful not to pierce too much because then the kielbasa will be dry.
Set it on a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep warm until you're ready to eat.
Saute onions in butter.
Brown kielbasa in frypan.
Combine kielbasa, onions and green pepper in large covered pot or crock-pot.
Add brown sugar, barbecue sauce and water.
Simmer, covered, for 1 hour or until kielbasa is tender (longer, if in crock-pot).
In a 4 to 5-quart pot, mix all ingredients, except potatoes and kielbasa.
Bring to a boil and simmer until veggies are half cooked (about 15 minutes).
Add potatoes; cook until they are tender (about 15 minutes).
Add sliced kielbasa and cook and additional 5 minutes.
Serve with fresh rye bread and real butter.
Cut potatoes (scrubbed with skins left on) into bite-sized pieces.
Thinly slice both bell peppers and the onion.
Quarter Kielbasa length-wise and cut into bite-sized pieces.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Place Kielbasa and potatoes in skillet. Season with Old Bay and Seasoning Salt. Cover and cook 25 minute or until potatoes are almost tender. Stir occasionally.
Add peppers and onion. Cook 5 minute or until peppers and onion are just tender. Adjust seasoning if needed.
Pan fry garlic, and kielbasa until kielbasa is golden brown. In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours or until vegetables are tender.
**High Altitude -- cook 6-8 hours.
Tip: Can be prepared in less time if veggies are pre-cooked in the microwave and onion is fried with kielbasa and garlic. Just add all ingredients to a large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for an hour or so to blend flavors.
Can double recipe and freeze extra in a Zip-Loc for a quick future meal.
Slice kielbasa diagonally into 1/2-inch
Put chicken in large pan, cover with water.
In another pan, boil spaghetti noodles and drain.
Pour in onion, celery, bell pepper, bouillon cubes, and bay leaves.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook in pan until chicken shreds apart.
Then add tomato puree, tomato sauce and tomato paste.
Add basil and oregano.
Let it cook for half an hour.
Add smoked kielbasa, and let cook for 15 minutes.
Mix with spaghetti noodles.
In large pot heat olive oil.
Add crushed red pepper, onion, garlic, celery and carrots. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Add tomatoes with juice and bring to a boil.
Add lentils and stir to combine.
Add chicken broth, water, white wine, thyme, salt and pepper. Bring to boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 1 hour.
Dice kielbasa into bit size pieces. Add kielbasa and cooked macaroni and simmer 5 minutes.
Serve with generous amounts of pecorino on top.
Heat oil or butter in a large skillet, add Kielbasa and cook over medium high heat until lightly browned, remove with slotted spoon.
Reduce heat to medium, add onions and cook until transparent.
Reduce heat to low, add garlic and herbs and cook 1 minute.
Add kielbasa, tomatoes and white beans, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
In a large saucepan, bring water and vegetables to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes, or until vegetables are tender.
Add kielbasa and soup; heat through.
Garnish with parsley, if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
Simmer onion in margarine until softened.
Add apple juice, sugar and ketchup to onion.
Slice and quarter 1/4-inch slices of Kielbasa; add to sauce and simmer for 1 hour.
Keep warm while serving with toothpicks.
Place potatoes in the bottom of a crock pot, top with cabbage then onion.
Sprinkle with caraway and pepper and top with bay leaf.
Add kielbasa and pour broth slowly all over the surface.
Cover and cook on low, 8-10 hours.

Place potatoes and water in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes or until tender; drain.
In a large skillet, saute kielbasa and onion in oil until onion is tender. Add potatoes; saute 3-5 minutes longer or until kielbasa and potatoes are lightly browned.
Combine the brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, thyme and pepper; stir into skillet. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Add spinach and bacon; cook and stir until spinach is wilted. Yield: 4 servings.
