Microwave Cone Cakes

Prepare your favorite cake recipe or box mix.
Using ice cream cones, fill each with 2 tablespoons of prepared batter.
When cooking more than 2 cones at a time, arrange cones in a circle. Microwave on High (100%) until surface springs back when lightly touched. Always check for doneness at minimum suggested time.
If cones are not done at the same time, remove the baked cones and continue cooking the remaining cones.
Cool, then frost.

Mix first 5 ingredients together with a heavy duty mixer.
Meanwhile, melt the milk chocolate on stovetop.
Spread in a 13x9 inch pan and top with the melted milk chocolate.
Chill; cut into squares upon serving.
*Forthe Old School Deja Vu effect: serve each square in a muffin/cupcake paper.

Peanut Butter Cookies(School Recipe)

Cream the shortening and sugars. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add beaten eggs, then dry ingredients; mix well.
Shape into 1-inch balls and place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Press ball both ways with a fork.

Roll thin on floured board.

Do not overbake.
Cookie should appear only slightly browning around edges.
This recipe will make 60 to 75 cookies.

School Made Rolls

Mix the first five ingredients with mixer and let stand about 15 minutes (water, yeast, sugar, salt and vegetable oil). Gradually add the last 3 ingredients (flour, dry milk and egg) to the first mixture.
Let rise until doubled its size.
Turn out on a floured board and knead.
Then roll out and cut out and put on a greased cookie sheet.
Let rise double in size.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done, browned, through.
Recipe can be doubled for larger amounts. Also can be used for buns and bread.
