Place potatoes, onions and margarine in electric skillet. Saute or lightly brown, then add tomato and spices to taste. Add tomato sauce and water and simmer.
When potatoes are done, sprinkle grated cheese over top.
Cover until cheese is melted and serve.
Combine sugar, flour, salt, cloves, cinnamon and red pepper. Stir with fork to mix.
Coat 1/3 of tomato slices at a time with the sugar mixture.
Spread slices evenly over dough in pie pan. Sprinkle with raisins and top with remaining sugar mixture. Drizzle with vinegar and dot with butter.
Roll out remaining dough; cover filling with pastry.

Mix together the bread crumbs and grated cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven until tomato sauce bubble and bread crumbs are brown.
In medium saucepan, blend the dry sauce mix from packaged potato mix with the tomato sauce, add the water and green pepper. Heat sauce mixture to boiling; add dried potatoes and stir till well combined.
Turn potato mixture into 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or till potatoes are tender and heated through.
Sprinkle french fried onions over casserole and bake 3 minutes more or till onions are heated thorough.
Dip eggplant into beaten egg then into crumbs.

Place 1/4 of the eggplant slices in the bottom of a 2-quart casserole and top with 1/4 of the cheese slices.

Layer half each of first 5 ingredients in a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish; repeat layers. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Spread sour cream on top; sprinkle with croutons and drizzle with melted butter. Bake 10 more minutes. Makes 6 servings.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
On medium size, heatproof platter, arrange eggplant slices, then tomato and onion slices on top. Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.
Sprinkle with salt and basil. Bake, covered, 20 minutes.

Beat eggs until frothy.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except garnish.
Turn into greased 1-quart casserole dish.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Garnish with tomato and parsley.
Fry the onions and peppers in the butter until the onions are a light, golden brown. Add the rice, salt, and boiling water and cook until the rice is nearly done.
Add the tomato soup.
Once the rice has absorbed all the liquid, gently fold in the cheese. Stir to mix.
Transfer to a well greased casserole and bake at 350\u00b0F for about 25 minutes.
