Spanish Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 fresh tomato, cut up
    1 tsp. garlic salt or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Place potatoes, onions and margarine in electric skillet. Saute or lightly brown, then add tomato and spices to taste. Add tomato sauce and water and simmer.
    When potatoes are done, sprinkle grated cheese over top.
    Cover until cheese is melted and serve.
