Scalloped Potato-Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can tomato soup
    4 or 5 c. sliced potatoes
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper in saucepan.
    (Pour off excess fat.)
    Season to taste.
    Add tomato soup.
    Pour meat mixture into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Arrange sliced potatoes on top of meat mixture.
    Pour milk into casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
