Scalloped Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant, peeled and sliced crosswise
    1 large tomato, sliced
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    On medium size, heatproof platter, arrange eggplant slices, then tomato and onion slices on top. Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Sprinkle with salt and basil. Bake, covered, 20 minutes.
    Cut Mozzarella slices and arrange over the top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, 10 minutes.
