1. Crumble sausage into a medium skillet.

Crumble sausage into large heavy skillet and cook until lightly browned.

Pour off all except 2 tablespoons of the pan drippings.
Cook the onions in the drippings until golden brown and transparent.

Cook the sausage or beef with the celery
Cook and debone chicken.
Saute onions and celery for about 4 minutes in a bit of olive oil; add sausage, crumbling it.
Cook until done, crispy.
Prepare box of long grain rice per directions.
(I use Uncle Ben's) Mix all ingrediants together in a 9x13 casserole dish (easiest to do with your hands); you'll likely have some left over that you can put in a smaller baking dish.
Sprinkle liberally with black pepper Cover with aluminum foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Freezes VERY WELL.
Cook rice mix to pkg directions and set aside.
Cook sausage, ground beef, and onion over medium heat until browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off drippings. Add rice, mushrooms, water chestnuts and soy sauce; stir well. Spoon into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from refrigerator, and allow to sit at room temperature 30 minutes. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake, uncovered at 325 for 50 minutes or until heated through.
Garnish with lemon and parsley.

Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs.
Blend until smooth.
Pour over meat and cheese.

Brown sausage, keeping it finely crumbled.
Add onion and saute until onions are tender; remove from heat.
Cook noodles according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/2 cup water. Mix soups, reserved water and milk, beating well, and heat until warm.
Combine noodles, liquids and sausage and onion mixture; pour into a buttered casserole dish.
Top with stuffing and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until it bubbles.
This recipe freezes well.
