Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound mild bulk sausage, browned, cooled and crumbled
    6 eggs, beaten well
    2 cups milk
    6 slices bread, remove crust and cube
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except sausage and cheese.
    Add these last.
    Pour into large rectangular buttered casserole dish. (Recipe can be doubled.) Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let stand before cutting.
