Thaw loaf in fridge the night before you plan to make Sausage Bread.
Remove sausage from casing, crumple and brown in frying pan. In a large bowl, mix sausage, pepper salad, black olives (sliced) and Mozzarella (diced).
Divide in two.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
Place filling thinly across dough.
Roll up and shape into a crescent.
Brush lightly with oil.
On a lightly greased pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 70 minutes.
Makes 2 sausage bread.

Following package instructions, thaw the bread dough and let rise.
