Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf Riches (thawed) frozen bread dough
    garlic powder
    pepper
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1/2 to 1 lb. Italian sausage
    red and green pepper, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    sesame seed
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Cut bread loaf in half; roll each half into a square.
    Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
    In a frying pan, crumble up sausage and add chopped pepper and onions until done.
    Drain.
    Mix with 3/4 of the beaten eggs.
    Put 1/2 of sausage mixture in middle of each square of bread.
    Put grated Mozzarella cheese on top and fold bread up letter style.
    Brush sides of bread with egg mixture to seal edges.
    Baste top with butter and sprinkle with sesame seed. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
