Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf French bread or sub rolls
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Slice top off bread long ways. Take out middle and make crumbs. Cook sausage; drain. Mix sausage and next 4 ingredients real good. Put 1/2 cheese in bottom of bread, then sausage mixture, topping with rest of cheese. Put top back on bread; wrap in foil. Bake 30 minutes in 315\u00b0 oven.
