Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves frozen bread, thawed
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. hot pepper cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. parsley
    2 beaten eggs, plus 1 Tbsp. water added
    chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain. Roll bread into rectangular size.
    On each loaf, divide sausage, cheese, parsley and onion.
    Spread. Dribble egg over each loaf. Roll bread into jelly roll. Form and pinch edges and seal with water. Baste egg over rolls and bake until golden brown at 350\u00b0.
