Egg And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 dozen eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 pint half and half
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. sausage (cooked & drained)
    1 loaf bread
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cheddar cheese (grated)
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage and set aside. Take at least 12 slices of bread cut into half and trim the outsides off.
    Lay bread in bottom of 9 x 12 x 2 baking pan with high sides on it. Sprinkle cooked sausage on top of bread, sprinkle grated cheese over top of sausage, do not use all of the cheese save some for topping. Beat eggs, milk, half and half, salt, and pepper together and pour over sausage, bread, and cheese layers.
    Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes in oven at 350 degree.
