Salmon Marinade -- I like this to marinade 1-2 hours
teaspoon olive oil. Add salmon and turn to coat; let
whisk together all marinade ingredients. Place salmon in marinade and gently toss until

Mix oil, soy sauce, scallions, garlic, and ginger to make a marinade, pour over salmon and marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator. (no longer than an hour or the salt in the soy will begin to cook the meat).

Cover salmon in marinade for 30 minutes
Cut salmon into bite-sized pieces and rinse with water and salt.
Lightly cover salmon with cornstarch and fry in hot oil. In a deep container, lay salmon, vegetables, and lemon on top. Pour marinade over top.

Place the fish fillets in a freezer bag, add the marinade, squeeze all the air out of the bag and seal the bag. Allow the fillets to marinate for 12 to 24 hours.
Heat up your grill and over indirect heat grill the fillets, skin side down.
Cook until the fish flakes at the thickest parts of the fillet. You can test this by using a fork and lightly brushing it over the area.

Combine Kikkoman Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, brown sugar, and grated ginger root. Pour mixture over salmon* in a large sealable bag. Marinate for 30 minutes, turning bag over once. Grill following your favorite method.
Make a shallow pan from a double layer of aluminum foil. Place foil pan in a large baking sheet.
Arrange salmon fillets in the prepared foil pan, skin-side down. Stir basil, honey, lemon, oil, soy sauce, shallot, Worcestershire sauce, and ginger together in a bowl; pour over salmon. Let salmon marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Preheat grill for medium-low heat.

In a saucepan, heat butter, lemon juice and dill weed.
Coat 1/2 salmon with mixture.
Sprinkle with lemon pepper and grill, skin side down.
Brush with remaining mixture while grilling.
Spread ingredients on salmon, marinade about 30- 60 minute.
Grill on oiled grill (abiut 2 T. olive oil) Medium heat 10-15 minute or until salmon flakes.
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Marinate the salmon for 15 minutes to 1 hour.
