Crunch one roll of Ritz crackers and cover bottom of casserole dish.
Mix all other ingredients and spread on top of crackers. Crunch second roll of Ritz crackers and use for topping.
Place small amounts of butter on top if desired.
Vary quantities of ingredients to suit personal tastes.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese melts, approximately 25 minutes.
Crush the Ritz crackers close to a powder consistency.<
Boil chicken breasts until done.
Cool and cube.
Melt 1/2 stick oleo and pour into glass casserole dish; add chicken.
In separate bowl, mix sour cream and chicken soup.
Pour over top of chicken. Crush Ritz crackers and pour over top of chicken.
Pour remaining 1/2 stick oleo over crackers.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Boil chicken breasts until tender.
Bone and cut in small pieces.
Spread over buttered casserole dish.
Mix the 2 cans soup and sour cream.
Spread over chicken.
Crush tube of Ritz crackers.
Mix with celery seed and spread over soup.
Melt the margarine and sprinkle over casserole evenly.
Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
In a medium-size saucepan put the cream cheese and butter, and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until smooth.
Remove from heat.
Crush the Ritz crackers and place them in a bowl.
Add just enough milk to moisten the crackers and blend.
In a greased casserole dish layer 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 grated cheeses, 1/2 crushed crackers and 1/2 cream cheese sauce.
Repeat the layers.
Bake in a 350F oven for 35-45 minutes, or until everything is hot and the cheese has melted.
This can also be made without the chicken.
Cook broccoli; drain.
Place in casserole dish.
Crumble Ritz crackers on top of broccoli and melted butter.
Place shredded cheese on top.
Place in oven until cheese melts.
Spread peanut butter on about 3 dozen Ritz crackers and top each with another Ritz cracker.
In top of double boiler, melt 3 tablespoons Crisco.
Add white chocolate and stir until melted. Drop Ritz sandwiches, one at a time, into melted chocolate, using a spoon to turn and coat.
Put on wax paper to cool.
Par boil the broccoli for approx 5-10 minutes, (Still\"crispy\", you dont want it mushy).
Cut broccoli into bite size pieces and put in 9x13 baking dish.
Mix mushroom soup, mayonaise, onion, eggs, cheese and seasonings together.
Pour over broccoli.
Top with crushed Ritz Crackers.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes uncovered.
Cook milk and dates slowly until thick.
Let cool and add some chopped nuts.
Put on Ritz crackers and place on cookie sheet. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 8 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool. Ice with frosting of:
Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
Boil 3 minutes.
Lay Ritz crackers side by side on jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle with pecans.
Pour butter/sugar mixture over crackers.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven.
Let cool approximately 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove from pan and place on serving tray.
Take 1 package of chocolate bark.
Place in large bowl and microwave for 1 1/2 to 3 minutes until smooth and creamy.
Take 2 Ritz crackers and spread peanut butter as if to make a sandwich. Dip the \"sandwich\" into the melted bark.
Place on wax paper after dipped.
Let cool for about 15 to 25 minutes.
Soak
chicken
in
milk.
Crush
Ritz crackers and toss with salt, pepper, cheese and parsley.
Roll chicken pieces in cracker mixture.
Place chicken in greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top
with
a
piece
of butter.
Add just enough hot water to cover
the\tbottom of the baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for
1/2 hour, uncovered.
Cover with foil and continue baking for 1/2 hour.
In a saucepan, combine the sugar and water.
Bring to a rolling boil.
Drop in 20 Ritz crackers (do not break them up).
Boil for 2 minutes.
Pour into an unbaked 8-inch pie shell.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cover with top crust.
Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
Then bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
O BOIL.
DROP WHOLE RITZ CRACKERS INTO MIXTURE (SLOWLY)- DO NOT
egrees. Grease a small, square casserole dish.
Boil squash and
Mix together, chicken, peas, sour cream, and soup.
Pour in greased casserole.
Top with cheese. (I have used monteray too).
Top with ritz crackers.
Pour melted butter on top of crackers.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes and uncover and bake another 15-20 minutes.
You may also use boneless, skinless raw chicken breast. Just lay 4 breast in baking dish and cover with peas, sour cream and soup. Followed by cheese and crackers. You will have to cook about an hour total.
Defrost broccoli on paper towels at room temperature for 1-2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Crush Ritz crackers.
Mix crushed crackers with melted butter.
Melt Cheez Whiz.
Add milk to melted cheese mixture and stir well.
Layer 1/2 cracker mix on bottom of 9\"X13\" baking dish, press firmly.
Layer defrosted broccoli on top of cracker crust.
Layer cheese mixture on top off broccoli.
Layer remaining cracker mix on top of casserole.
Bake approximately 45 min to and hour or until broccoli is tender.

Mix first 5 ingredients together and add to chopped chicken or turkey.
Top with crushed Ritz crackers. Chip butter on top and bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Put onions in bottom of 12\" x 17\" Pyrex dish.
Add Ritz crackers, then sausage meat.
Add a layer of onions, cream of mushroom soup, salt, and seasoning salt.
Sprinkle layer of cheese and pimento.
Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 1 hour.
