In a bowl combine the mayonnaise, catsup, relishes, onion, garlic, lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and black pepper to taste. Mix well!

Cut shallow slashes diagonally across the fat-side of each duck breast to create cross-hatch marks.
Whisk 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon black pepper, coriander, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, paprika, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper together in a large bowl until a wet-rub consistency. Rub spice mixture onto all sides of duck breasts. Set duck into bowl, cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and refrigerate, 8 hours to overnight.
Pat excess rub off of duck with paper towels. Season on all sides with kosher salt.

Mix together sauerkraut, sour cream, onion and garlic. Spread in buttered 9 by 9 casserole dish.
Crumble meat over top. Sprinkle cheese over meat layer.

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Spread bread cubes on bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Spread sauerkraut evenly over bread, then layer beef over that. Pour dressing over all. Cover with aluminum foil sprayed with Pam. Bake 20 minutes. Remove cover. Add cheese and bake 10 minutes. If you like Reuben sandwiches, you will love this.
DRESSING: In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, onion and Worcestershire until well blended.
SANDWICH: Spread dressing on one side of each bread slice.
Cover with layers of corned beef; top each sandwich with about 1/4 cup sauerkraut and 1 slice of Swiss cheese.

Traditional Reuben Calories: 970.
Roll one-half the pastry on floured surface into circle 1-inch larger than inverted pie pan.
Ease pastry into pan.
Combine cornstarch, Equal for Recipes, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt; sprinkle over apples in large bowl and toss.
Arrange apples in pie crust. Roll remaining pastry into circle large enough to fit top of pie. Place on top of pie; seal edges, trim and flute.
Slash top crust in pattern of your choice.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven until pastry is golden and apples are tender (40 to 50 minutes).
Cool on wire rack.
Place chicken breasts on baking sheet with sides (to catch the grease), skin side up.
Rub olive oil on breasts, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool, then chop or slice to use in your recipes.
