The Reuben Revised - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices rye bread
    1 Tbsp. Kraft Free Thousand Island fat-free dressing
    1/3 c. Claussen sauerkraut, drained
    4 slices Louis Rich turkey pastrami
    1 (1 oz.) slice Kraft Naturals reduced-fat Swiss cheese
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    Spread bread slices with dressing.
    Layer 1 slice of bread with sauerkraut, turkey pastrami and cheese.
    Top with remaining bread slice.
    Melt margarine in small, nonstick skillet on medium heat. Place sandwich in skillet and cover.
    Heat 3 minutes on each side or until sandwich is lightly browned and cheese is slightly melted. Makes 1 sandwich.
