Crust:
1 (20 oz.) package refrigerated sugar cookies.
Press onto greased pizza pan or 15 X 10 baking pan.
Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Cool.
Prepare sugar cookies as directed on the package and cool.
Mix mascarpone with confectioner's sugar.
Place the cheese mixture in a pastry bag and pipe through a star tip onto the cookie.*.
Remove stem from strawberry and slice in half.
Place one half of a strawberry on each cookie. You can use a single raspberry or blackberry instead of strawberries if you prefer.
* You can carefully spoon the cheese mixture on the cookie if you don't have a pastry bag.

Have an adult heat the oven to 375\u00b0.
Slice the cookie roll into 1/4-inch slices.
Put them on a cookie sheet about 2-inches apart. Mix egg yolk and water, then divide into 4 small dishes. Mix one drop of food coloring in each dish.
Make each dish a different color.
Use a clean paint brush to paint designs on the cookies.
