Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and process for 2 minutes.
Pour into tall glasses and serve each with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, chunks of mango and papaya, and a spoon.

Place 4 serving glasses in fridge to chill. Blend all ingredients for the frappe in a blender or food processor until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses; serve at once.
Repeat with ingredients for the smoothie.
Put the strawberries in a blender and mix well.
Add the mangoes and bananas and blend well (using the ice crush button, if necessary). If the mixture is too dry to process you can already add some of the juice, but not all. The mixture has to become smooth, without chunks of fruit.
Gradually add the rest of the orange juice, the lemon juice and sugar, and blend well till very smooth, for two minutes or so.
Put all ingredients into a blender. I use the smoothie button on mine, which is about 30 seconds.
In a blender or using a submersion blender, combine fruit and honey or sugar (as called for, to taste) and milk; puree until smooth. Add yogurt and pulse just until combined. Pour into ice-pop moulds and insert sticks, or pour into 3 oz. paper cups. If using paper cups, freeze until partially firm then insert sticks, straws, or plastic spoons. Freeze until solid, for 2-4 hours, or up to 2 weeks.
COOKING TIP: If using paper cups, once the smoothies are frozen solid, transfer to an airtight container to make sure they don't get freezer burn.

Place eggplant cubes on a plate and sprinkle with salt then let them sit for 30 minutes to remove bitterness. Rinse off the cubes in a collander then pat them dry with a paper towel.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Place eggplant cubes onto a nonstick baking sheet and drizzle the oil over them.
Grind the fresh pepper over the eggplant to give them all a light dusting.
Sprinkle the just under 1 tsp salt over the cubes.
Sprinkle the garlic powder over the cubes.
Bake for 30 minutes, give it a stir midway thru.
Combine peaches, soy milk, ice cubes, honey, and extract in blender. Puree until smooth.
Pour smoothie into 2 glasses. Top each smoothie with chopped almonds and serve.
For the spinach, it's easiest
And for the Uncle Arthur, pour 1 shot Galliano into a martini glass, add your standard apple martini (vodka and apple sour liqueur, drop a cinnamon stick in the drink and for all the recipes --

Add all ingredients to blender except for the pecans and sweetened whipped cream.
I like to add all the liquid ingredients first and then the frozen on top; I find that it blends together easier.
For even a thicker smoothie, add more ice.
Divide among glasses.
Top each serving with toasted pecans and sweetened whipped cream, if using.
Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
Cover the blender and process until all fruit are well blended and mixture is creamy and smooth.
Serve the smoothie in chilled glasses.
For the garnish, sprinkle the vanilla sugar on the 12 mango chunks.
Then garnish each glass with three chunks of mango on a stick with a side sprig of mint.
Clean peppers, removing membrane and seeds; wash and pat dry.
Rough chop. (You can chop to whatever size you need when you use them.).
Place in zip top bag, removing as much air as possible, or vacuum pack.
Freeze.
Use these in chili recipes, soups or stews, anywhere you want the flavor and color of fresh bell peppers!
Put all items in blender.
Blend until smooth.
For desired consistency, add ice to make it thicker, or more milk to make it more liquid).
Add tofu to taste. (if you like the flavor or want more protein).
Blend. I also add 1 tablespoons agave nectar/honey or 2 packets Splenda/stevia, but the software just wouldn't let me add it for some reason. So add sweetener to taste.
Drink and enjoy!
Throw the ingredients in a blender or whatever other method you prefer for smoothie-making, and enjoy!
Combine everthing in a blender except the preserves and sugar and blend until smooth.
Spread preserves on one plate and sprinkle some sugar an another.
dip the rim of the glass you plan to serve this treat in onto the plate with preserves on it to coat the rim of the glass -- Or spread the preserves on the glass with a knife or VERY clean digits until the rim is coated.
Then dip the raspberry covered rim in sugar and then fill with the smoothie and enjoy.
Starting with banana's put all ingredients except ice into blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
Add ice cubes, this will thicken and lighten the color of your smoothie.
Pour into glasses, and use a straw. YUM!
