Winter Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana
    1 cup vanilla yogurt
    1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
    1 teaspoon honey
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preparation
