Shape biscuits using a bone-shaped cookie cutter appropriate for your dog's
FOR THE BISCUITS:

Place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake in a 425\u00b0F oven 12 to 15 minutes until lightly browned.
For herb biscuits, add basil, thyme and parsley to dry ingredients.
(These make great dumplings).
For the topping:.
Combine ingredients
Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Open packages of franks and biscuits.
Put a slit into
hot dog and insert cheese (fold if you like).
Wrap each hot dog with a roll or biscuit which has been flattened. Place hot dog, slit side up, on a baking sheet and place in oven for 10 to 12 minutes (roll or biscuit should be lightly browned). To serve:

In a skillet over medium heat, cook beef, celery and onion until meat is no longer pink and celery is tender; drain.
Stir in flour, salt, oregano and pepper until blended. Add tomato sauce and peas, simmer for 5 minutes.
Transfer to a greased 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Separate biscuits, arrange over beef mixture.
